Bernie Delaney is the Vice President of Wilshire Consumer Credit,
a wholly owned direct lending subsidiary of Westlake Financial
Services.

Mr. Delaney is an alumni of the University of Minnesota
and has been involved in the retail, automotive and
financial services industry his entire career; spending
time with notables like U.S. Banks, TCF Financial,
World Omni, Triad Financial and others.

Mr. Delaney joined Westlake in 2002 and has served
in several servicing, operational, and leadership roles.
He has held his current position since 2005.

Focusing on consistent production with a passion
for customer service, Mr. Delaney is committed to
growing Wilshire Consumer Credit 40% annually.
