Bill Walters joined Westlake in February 2001 as the Asset
Control Manager. In 2007 he was promoted to Vice President
of the Remarketing Department. Mr. Walters oversees all
aspects of post-repossession collateral handling, as
well as managing relationships with department-related
vendors. His personal mission is “to uphold the company’s
interest and objectives through my actions and to instill
these values in my staff.”
Mr. Walters received his bachelor’s in Business
Administration from State University of New York.
He also received his master’s degree in Finance /
Economics from the University of Rochester.
Prior to joining Westlake, Mr. Walters held a variety of
positions at Marine Midland Bank, Bank of America,
and Coast to Coast Financial Corp. “Much of my prior
experience in Finance and Operations has been
transferrable to my current position,” says Mr. Walters.
Mr. Walters’s main goal for his department is to
continue to increase the department’s level of competence and efficiency.
