Edit Alexandryan

Edit Alexandryan is Vice President and General Counsel for Westlake. Alexandryan leads the Legal Department and is responsible for the company’s legal affairs. She joined the Westlake Legal Department in 2015 and has advised the company in areas of financial services, labor and employment law, litigation, and regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Westlake, Alexandryan was the Assistant General Counsel for Persolve, LLC, a national debt buying and collections group, where she was responsible for managing litigation and ensuring compliance with Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (“ECOA”), TILA (“Truth-in-Lending Act”), and the California Fair Debt Buying Practices Act.

Alexandryan holds a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law.  She is admitted to practice law in California.
