We will arrange to have a Dealer Account Manager in your area stop by for a demonstration of how our innovative Buy Program™ works and to answer any of your questions. Your Dealer Account Manager will help you through the rest of our easy sign-up process.


You may also fill out our “Become a Westlake Dealer” form on the right and a local Westlake representative will contact you to set up an appointment.

All of Westlake’s programs are rolled into our Buy Program™ software and each deal is tailor made to maximize dealer profits.


You only need to enter the customer credit information, vehicle information, and loan terms. The software will then “waterfall” your customer through the different tiers until the best program that fits your customer is achieved.


Our programs range from the Platinum program, then Preferred, and finally our Standard program that offers the most flexibility. Contact our Marketing Department for a “Program Guidelines” sheet that can give you a general idea of where the tiers overlap.

Your local Dealer Account Manager is your first contact for almost any question that you may have regarding Westlake. They can help you answer everything from “How do I get started?” to specific questions about how The Buy Program™ can help you make more money, or any other information. If you need your Dealer Account Manager’s contact information, you can call our Marketing Department at 888-YES-YES (888-893-7937).

Once a deal is approved on the internet, the contract is handed to Accounting for processing. If you receive physical checks, expect your check to arrive 2 to 3 business days after the deal is approved on the internet. If you wish to receive your funds faster, you may sign up for ACH (direct deposit) directly to your checking account. ACH transfers are sent the day after a deal is approved on the internet (pending any holds). Generally, ACH funds are available for withdrawal 24 hours after deposit. Contact your Dealer Account Manager if you would like to set up ACH direct deposit.

Faxes should be sent to your Dealer Account Manager. They can assure that your faxes will be forwarded to the correct department. If your Dealer Account Manager is unavailable and can’t access your fax right away, you may fax to the Marketing Department fax line: 888-267-1056. Please be sure to clearly write the name of your dealership and name of your Dealer Account Manager on your fax.
