Frequently Asked
Questions
What methods of payment
are accepted?
Westlake provides several
convenient methods for paying your
bill:
- You can mail back your
statement pay stub and pay
via check or money order (be
sure to write your account
number on your check). See
next question for mailing
address.
- In certain states, you
can take the bottom portion
of your statement and go to
the listed Wells Fargo,
Wachovia, or Bank One/Chase
branch printed on your
statement and pay there.
Please check the bottom of
your statement to see if you
are in an eligible service
area. If you are, you will
see the name of the bank and
the address printed. Take
your entire billing
statement with you when
visiting the branch and
making a payment. If you see
no local bank information,
then this service is
currently not available in
your area. Please choose
another payment method. A
convenience fee that varies
by state will apply.
- MoneyGram - go to any
MoneyGram location and use
code 2603 along with your
account number to make a
payment. A fee may apply.
- Western Union - go to
any Western Union and use
City Code: Westlake, State:
CA. Be sure to give your
account number as reference.
A fee may apply.
