When the endorsed check is received, we will contact your repair facility to assist with processing your claim and request the necessary documents, which are:
– Repair facility Form W-9 (2018 version or newer) or EIN letter from the IRS
– Insurance estimate
– Final detailed invoice or repairs completed (invoice must include full VIN)
To expedite your claim, have your repair facility email these documents to [email protected]. Include your loan account number on all documents. Once all documents are received, reviewed, and approved, a check will be sent via FedEx to the repair facility. The repair facility may also contact us at (866) 600-5449 for any questions or concerns during the claim.
