Who do I call if I have a
question regarding a deal or The Buy
Program™?
Your local Dealer Account Manager is
your first contact for almost any
question that you may have regarding
Westlake. They can help you answer
everything from “How do I get started?”
to specific questions about how The Buy
Program™ can help you make more money,
or any other information. If you need
your Dealer Account Manager's contact
information, you can call our Marketing
Department at 888-YES-YES
(888-893-7937).
I see on the Internet
that my deal is approved, when can I
expect to receive my funds?
Once a deal is approved on the internet,
the contract is handed to Accounting for
processing. If you receive physical
checks, expect your check to arrive 2 to
3 business days after the deal is
approved on the internet. If you wish to
receive your funds faster, you may sign
up for ACH (direct deposit) directly to
your checking account. ACH transfers are
sent the day after a deal is approved on
the internet (pending any holds).
Generally, ACH funds are available for
withdrawal 24 hours after deposit.
Contact your Dealer Account Manager if
you would like to set up ACH direct
deposit.
I need to fax something
to the home office, what number should I
fax to?
Faxes should be sent to your Dealer
Account Manager. They can assure that
your faxes will be forwarded to the
correct department. If your Dealer
Account Manager is unavailable and can't
access your fax right away, you may fax
to the Marketing Department fax line:
888-267-1056. Please be sure to clearly
write the name of your dealership and
name of your Dealer Account Manager on
your fax.
