Restrictions

  • 1 Exclusions: Any Vehicle that has been issued a restricted title, including but not limited to: salvage/refundable, salvage theft, assembled, dismantled, scrap, fire, flood, physical damage, saltwater, frame change, motor change, body exchange, junk, or parts only, or if said vehicle is declared a “lemon.” (Clean title only)
  • 2 Exclusions – Commercial use unless selected – Any Vehicle that has been issued a restricted title, including but not limited to: salvage/refundable, salvage theft, assembled, dismantled, scrap, fire, flood, physical damage, saltwater, frame change, motor change, body exchange, junk, or parts only, or if said vehicle is declared a “lemon.”
  • 3 Agreement may not exceed 84 months; During the term of this Agreement, the Aggregate Limit of Liability shall be ten thousand dollars ($10,000); Cosmetic damage is not included in the coverage.
  • 4 The aggregate total of liability for all benefits paid during the term of this AGREEMENT shall not exceed the lesser of: (1) Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000); or (2) UNIT Purchase Price as shown on the DECLARATION PAGE of the AGREEMENT; or(3) NADA Clean Retail value of the UNIT immediately prior to the BREAKDOWN; EXLCUSIONS: BUSINESS USE UNLESS NOTATED AND SURCHARGE PAID
  • Vehicle cannot be used as full-time residence
  • *In order to qualify for terms greater than 72 months and financing over $50,000, customers must meet the following qualifications: 650+ FICO, Thick Files, Home Owner | No BKs, Repos, Open BKs, Open Derogs, or Credit Counselling | No more than 8
    Inquiries in the last 2 weeks Income-to-Amt Fin Cap: 7 x Income | Term capped based on Bureau Years.

  • 5 Exclusions: No coverage for junk or salvaged title. No coverage for commercial use vehicles.

GlobalTrack RV GPS Requirement

Moving forward, Westlake may require some RV vehicles to install a Global Track GPS. For more information, dealers can check their Westlake Approval or visit the GlobalTrack website.
