Vehicle Service Contract

SecureOne Vehicle Protection provides customers with coverage for a variety of component in the event the unexpected happens to their vehicle.

Powertrain and Advantage are the two different coverage options available to customers. Powertrain provides coverage for 8 vehicle component groups and Advantage offers coverage for the same 8 vehicle component groups plus:

  • Timing Belt
  • CV Joints
  • Steering
  • Electrical
  • Seals and Gaskets
  • Air Conditioning

SecureOne Vehicle Protection administered by Marathon in AZ, CA, FL, GA, IL, LA, MD, NC, NY, OH, OK, PA, SC, TX, and WV. SecureOne Vehicle Protection is administered by AUL in all other states.

Westlake GAP

The Westlake Guaranteed Auto Protection (GAP) waiver is designed to assist customers financially in the event of a total loss.

  • Westlake GAP pays the “gap” between the amount the customer’s auto insurance pays and the amount still owed on the Retail Installment Sales Contract for the customer’s lender
  • Dealers can earn up to $200 per GAP contract sold

When worse comes to worst, there’s Westlake GAP!

Pre-Paid Maintenance

With the SecureOne Pre-Paid Maintenance Plan, tune ups are as simple as stepping out of your driveway! Mechanic service can come directly to customers to provide them with the vehicle assistance.

This plan includes:

  • 2 oil changes per year
  • 2 50-point inspections per year
  • 1 tire rotation per year
  • 10% discount on batteries

SecureOne Pre-Paid Maintenance is available in AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, KY, LA, MI, MO, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NV, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA

You may have received a prior communication indicating a potential future pause in funding for contracts including products provided or administered by Dealer Loyalty Protection, Inc. (DLP).

The matter that prompted the communication has been fully resolved. Effective immediately, funding by Westlake will continue.

There should be no further disruption and all previously submitted contracts will be funded in normal course.
